YES, Finally! I thought I was the only one! Lenovo’s customer service is horrendous, unbelievably slow and unprofessional at times. I recently bought the Legion Y720, which has been performing quite well so far but I had to order it twice because they kept automatically canceling my order without telling me why. I thought I had been hacked at some point! After multiple calls and emails they then told me that there was a glitch in their security check for the payment system but not before they tried to accuse me of canceling my order, when it was pretty clear I had not done that. The product/laptop is good, delivery was fast, but customer service REALLY SUCKS! I just clapped until my fingers got sore from clicking the button.
